As you give your mom one last hug, your family piles into their minivan and drives away as you wave goodbye.

College. Something that you have always been waiting for and looking forward to since your dreadful times during high school. You take a deep breath and take in the scenery around you.

The parking lot for your dorm building is still pretty bare. A couple people are carrying boxes out of one car but not much else is going on. You elected to move in at 9am, the very first time slot, so you could get settled in and pick your side of the room.

Being a member of the Honors College, you got to room in the New Resident Halls which are much better than the other dorm buildings around campus. As you grab your luggage and make your way down the sidewalk to the door, you put a smile on your face in anticipation of meeting new people.

As you ride the elevator up to the third floor, you think about all of the activities and extracurriculars that you plan on signing up for. When the doors slide open, you are greeted by someone!
